About 15 years ago, my coffee journey began as an F&B waiter at a 5-star hotel in Canberra. Fortunate to delve into the world of coffee, my passion flourished, leading me to ONA café for several years. Upon relocating to Sydney in 2019, I established Nathan Coffee School, where I offer a comprehensive barista course Sydney. More recently, I inaugurated my own training center in Strathfield, embodying my commitment to excellence in coffee education.
